2. ^^ is the task manager and showing 2 out of 4 slots. My other laptop is very similar but a year older and says 1 of 2 slots but i know where both slots are. So i am curios why i cant figure/ find them on this one.

How to find out if you have a 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows

1. Press the Windows key and the Pause/Break key at the same time.
2. A new window should appear that says System at the top, similar to the one below.

3. Under the System section, next to System type:, you can see if your version of Windows is 32-bit or 64-bit.
